Maryland Horse world?
Would you like to be a part of a working network of inclusive horse stables - the current MHIB Horse Discovery Center Network of 38 Stables?
Does your licensed stable excel in providing the general public with safe, friendly, and educational equine experiences?
MHIB has developed a network of licensed equine facilities that can offer tours, demonstrations, educational programs, and riding experiences to individuals and groups, particularly for those individuals who have never or rarely experienced horses personally.
HDC Programs tend to offered to the public for little or minimal fees. This is important, in part, to encourage people to visit these exemplary facilities. The HDC program highlights those licensed stables who have gone beyond the basic minimal standards for licensing and stepped up to become a certified facility.
