HDC Clark's Elioak Farm is open Tuesday through Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM to visit our animals (including 30 adorable baby goats) and pony rides. Visitors are welcome.

Saturday, May 1, 2021 at 1:30 PM EDT – 2:30 PM HDC HDC Sweet Rock Stables' lesson Includes How to groom a horse including his/her mane and tail. How to Pick(Clean) a horse's hooves correctly. How to safely and properly lead and control a horse on the ground. Please Note You will NOT ride for this introductory lesson. Horse Discovery Days at Graham Equestrian Center!
Stop by the farm to meet and greet some of the horses, pet/ brush them and ask questions about horses, horse behavior, horse health and riding. While you're here, watch our riding lessons or check out some of the miles of trails in this section of Gunpowder Falls State Park!
To maintain social distance, participants MUST sign up in advance. Masks are required.

Join HDC Greenwell Foundation on the first Saturday of the month for our Open Barn. Come meet some of their horses, goats and our resident pig, Annabelle! This is a great time find out what they do at Greenwell Foundation. This is a free family event. Masks are required when physical distancing is not possible.

Friday, May 7th - 5pm Main Street - North East, MD
Join HDC Fairwind Farms for Carriage Rides on North East Main Street. Reserve your carriage ride HERE. Rides will depart on 15 minute intervals. Total ride duration will be 5-7 minutes long. Reservations are required ahead of time. $40 for a private carriage which holds a maximum of 4 riders. Carriage rides are provided by Fairwind Farms. |

HDC Windy Way Horses, a certified Maryland Horse Discovery Center and Farm-Based Educator, is ready to let you experience a “Day on the Farm!” This event will provide an educational experience that you can’t get in a school based classroom or virtually! Create-Listen-Learn and Interact with many animals at different learning stations: Cows, Alpacas, Horses, Donkey, Miniature Sheep, Honey Bees, and Rabbits, and more!
