Maryland Insurance Administration Approves 2026 Affordable Care Act Premium Rates |
Despite increases, Maryland remains a national leader in affordable coverage, and a new state subsidy will help offset loss of enhanced federal tax credits.

The Maryland Insurance Administration is eager to help you! MIA representatives are out and about in your communities and also available virtually.
On September 26 from 1-2 pm, join the Maryland Insurance Administration and the Maryland Health Connection for an overview of health insurance options for small businesses in Maryland. The Maryland Health Connection will cover available plans, eligibility and enrollment support. The Maryland Insurance Administration will explain level-funded plans, outline consumer protections and share how to avoid and report unauthorized health plans. Registration is not required.
