2021-2022 Teaching Fellows for Maryland Scholarship Program Application - Deadline Extended

Dear Student,

The Office of Student Financial Assistance has extended the deadline to submit the 2021-2022 Teaching Fellows for Maryland Scholarship Program application and all required documentation to May 7, 2021.  

The Teaching Fellows for Maryland Scholarship is designed for students who pledge to work as public school or public prekindergarten teachers in the State upon completion of their studies at schools that have at least 50% of the students in the school eligible for free or reduced price meals (FRPM).­

To apply, you will need to create an account within the Maryland College Aid Processing System (MDCAPS).  To create or log into your existing MDCAPS account (if applicable), please visit https://mdcaps.mhec.state.md.us/MDCAPS/login.aspx. Once you log into your MDCAPS account, you will see the "Apply" link where you may submit your application.

Once an application has been submitted, students may select the "Check your Application Status" link (within their MDCAPS account) to view the list of documents required for consideration of the Teaching Fellows for Maryland Scholarship program. 

The deadline to submit the 2021-2022 Teaching Fellows for Maryland Scholarship Program application and all required documentation is May 7, 2021. Applications will not be considered if received after the deadline.
