If you have health coverage with Maryland Health Connection, you can access your 1095 form.
Check your account inbox or the mail in early February for Form 1095. If you received a tax credit, you'll need this form for your tax return.

If you only have two minutes, check out our Ask the Expert video on “If I get tax credits, do I need to do anything when I file?”
Uninsured and need health coverage?
This tax season, Marylanders have a special opportunity to sign up for health coverage. Check the box on your tax return: “I authorize the Comptroller of Maryland to share information from this tax return with Maryland Health Benefit Exchange for the purpose of determining pre-eligibility for no-cost or low-cost health care coverage."
Shortly after you file your taxes, we will mail you a letter explaining your eligibility for free or low-cost health coverage. Find out more about this program!
