The deadline to sign up for a 2020 health plan is this Sunday, Dec. 15.

Now is our last chance to make sure Marylanders know they need to sign up before it’s too late. And we need your help. We hope you will pick at least two of the options below to help us spread the word.

Did you know that 9 out of 10 who enrolled last year got financial help to pay for their health plan? And this year, rates have dropped. Go to MarylandHealthConnection.gov to find a health plan that works for your budget. Don’t wait! Dec. 15 is the final day to enroll.
