Switch to a Gold plan to get more and pay less
Deadline is Dec. 15 to change for 2018
We are notifying you that your current Silver plan is not the best deal for you in 2018. There are less than two weeks left to change plans.
You're currently enrolled into a Silver plan for 2018. But a Gold plan offers better coverage AND may cost you less each month. The deadline is Dec. 15 to change plans.
Why should I change plans?
By changing to a Gold plan, you'll pay a lower monthly premium next year AND pay less out-of-pocket when you need medical services than if you stayed in your Silver plan.

Log into your account at MarylandHealthConnection.gov and use "Change My Information" to see your current plan and select a new Gold plan.

for local help from an authorized insurance producer or consumer
assistance organization.
Don't wait! Dec. 15 is the final deadline to change plans.
