SBR Program Enhancement Announced Today

Lt. Governor Boyd Rutherford announced an enhancement to the Small Business Reserve (SBR) Program today during the Board of Public Works meeting.

Executive Order 01.01.2021.01 is intended to support the small business community by setting aside specific procurements for small business designation through the SBR Program.

The Governor's Office of Small, Minority & Women Business Affairs and the Office of State Procurement are working together to establish procedures and guidelines to implement the new Executive Order.
