Additional Information: The incident is suspected to have occurred in the early morning hours of September 25, 2023,3 on woodland property located along Boiling Spring Rd. It is believed the suspect(s) may have fled the area on an ATV. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Western Region Office at 301-766-3888. Tipsters can remain anonymous.
