Injuries or Deaths:  Two adult males sustained injuries to their upper bodies as a result of projectiles from discharged fireworks.

Arrests(s):  One of the adult male subjects was issued a citation, Public Safety Title 10 - Section:  10-110-CJIS Code: 10016, discharged fireworks without required permit, with the issuance of a $250.00 fine.  

Primary Responding Fire Department:  A fire department was not requested as both victims self-transported to the University of Maryland Shore Medical Center at Chestertown.
