Preliminary Cause:  Incendiary 

Additional Information:  A collaborative investigation with the Talbot County Sheriff's Office led to the arrest of a 17 year old male juvenile, who was an employee of the restaurant. He was charged with Attempted 1st Degree Arson, 2nd Degree Malicious Burning, Malicious Destruction of Property Less than $1,000.00 and Reckless Endangerment.  The juvenile was released to the the custody of his parents and has been referred to Department of Juvenile Services.
