Description of Structure / Property: Two-story townhouses with spread to multiple properties in the end and middle group. 

Owner / Occupants: Britany & John Rich (Owners of 255 where the fire originated.)

Injuries or Deaths: A firefighter sustained a minor injury and refused medial care on scene. 

Estimated $ Loss for all three units: Structure: $750,000   Contents: $500,000 

Smoke Alarm Status: Present and activated.

Fire Alarm / Sprinkler Status: None

Area of Origin: Exterior rear of townhouse 255.

Preliminary Cause: Under Investigation

Additional Information: Units 257 and 255 are considered a complete loss with extensive damage to unit 253. A total of 6 adults and 4 kids are displaced between the 3 homes.
