Description of Structure / Property:  One Story, Single Family Dwelling   

Owner / Occupants:  James and Robin Brenholtz 

Injuries or Deaths:  An adult male occupant sustained second degree burns to both hands as a result of the fire, and was subsequently transported by the way of Maryland State Police Aviation to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center for treatment.  The victim remains in stable condition at this time.  Additionally, three family cats perished in the fire.     

Estimated $ Loss: Structure: $275,000   Contents: $50,000.00
