Injuries or Deaths: A victim who was inside the structure during the explosion and subsequent fire sustained second degree burns from the incident and was air transported via Trooper 6 from the scene to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. The victim remains in stable condition and is expected to recover from his injuries.
