Preliminary Cause:  On January 2, 2019 at approximately 9:40 a.m. a juvenile was being combative and pulled/activated the fire alarm.  Charges have been forwarded to the Maryland Department of Juvenile Services by the Office of the Maryland State Fire Marshal and the Maryland State Police.
