Owner / Occupants: Dolly Esworthy-Hall (Owner/non-resident),  Preston C. Hall (Occupant), Michelle Esworthy (daughter/occupant), Tanner Smith (grandson/occpant) 

Injuries or Deaths: Mr. Hall (age 69) was transported to Bayview Medical Center for smoke inhalation and 1st degree burns to his face

Preliminary Cause: Under Investigation 

Additional Information: Ms. Esworthy awoke to smoke and heat. She awoke her step-father and son and all were able to escape out the backdoor of the home.  Mr. Hall sustained smoke inhalation and minor burns after he re-entered the home to rescue their dog. (1) cat perished in the fire. All are being assisted by Disaster Assistance and Red Cross. The attached home (116 Haverhill Rd) owned by Nicole Turkot sustained extensive smoke, heat and water damage. Ms. Turkot is being assisted by friends/family.
