Registration is Open!
Join Maryland Environmental Trust for a virtual Land Trust Roundtable on Tuesday, March 9 from 12 noon to 2:30pm.
The Roundtable will formally introduce the updated Model Conservation Easement; updated Cooperative Agreement and new Land Trust Toolbox. There will be ample time for partner questions and discussion. Registration closes February 26.

Property Sales Data
MPD has updated and posted the statewide January 2021 file of Property Sales data for its digital parcel mapping products. This is a Sales map layer for the most recent 12-month period for use in MdProperty View and FINDER Quantum.

Park Equity Tool
DNR, together with the UMD, has developed a park equity mapping tool. This tool can help local planners, park and recreation officials, and community leaders. The Maryland Park Equity Analysiswas updated in 2020 to include new data, widgets, and analysis capability.
