347-Acre Belle Vue Farm in Havre de Grace Permanently Preserved
Representatives from Harford County Government, Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland Department of Natural Resources, Harford Land Trust (HLT), and the Davis family gathered at the 347-acre Belle Vue Farm in Havre de Grace to transfer ownership to Harford County and permanently preserve the historic property.

Explore the Gunpowder Watershed Challenge

Gunpowder Valley Conservancy hosts the first annual Explore the Gunpowder Watershed Challenge, a crowdfunding campaign to encourage people to spend time outdoors, on trails or in neighborhoods, while helping to raise $10,000 for the GVC. 2020 Harford Harvest
October 1 - October 31, 2020
Harford Land Trust is hosting Harford Harvest, a campaign to raise funds to support our work to permanently protect Harford County’s valuable natural resources, including productive farmland, and address the immediate needs of our neighbors. Half of all Harford Harvest proceeds will be distributed to over 100 Harford County food pantries to meet the immediate and increased emergency food needs of families throughout Harford County. Board of Public Works Approves Funding for Green Infrastructure Projects
The Board approved funding for two Resiliency Restoration projects and one Chesapeake and Atlantic Coastal Bays Trust Fund grant, to help communities enhance their ability to withstand the impacts of climate change, erosion and extreme weather. Read more.

Finding a Better Way to Track Nutrients in the Bay
