Maryland Department of Natural Resources crews stocked 10,100 trout this week. 


Allegany County 

  • Evitts Creek: 600 rainbow trout 
  • Town Creek: 600 rainbow trout 
  • Wills Creek: 600 rainbow trout 

Baltimore County 

  • Patapsco River, Avalon: 500 golden and rainbow trout 
  • Patapsco River, Daniels: 400 brown trout 

Carroll County 

  • South Branch Patapsco River (River Road): 500 golden and rainbow trout 

Frederick County 

  • Carroll Creek (Youth & Blind): 300 golden and rainbow trout
  • Friends Creek: 500 golden and rainbow trout
  • Owens Creek (Catch and Release): 500 golden and rainbow trout  

Garrett County 

  • North Branch Potomac River (Delayed Harvest): 600 rainbow trout
  • North Branch Potomac River, Gorman (Delayed Harvest): 600 rainbow trout 
  • North Branch Potomac River, Kitzmiller (Catch and Release): 1,000 rainbow trout  

Howard County 

  • Centennial Lake: 800 rainbow trout
  • Little Patuxent (two-per-day): 400 brown trout 
  • Middle Patuxent: 400 brown trout 

Washington County

  • Antietam Creek: 900 brown trout 
  • Blairs Valley Lake: 400 brown trout 
  • Greenbrier Lake: 500 rainbow trout
