COVID-19 Update

Thank you for your patience and cooperation as the Maryland Department of Natural Resources has taken emergency measures to protect public health during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Governor Hogan announced the state has begun Stage Three of the Maryland Strong: Roadmap to Recovery effective Sept. 4. Previous guidance on facial coverings and social distancing remain in effect. Masks on, Maryland!

Don't Forget to Complete Your Census!

The Census deadline is on Sept. 30. Census data are important in distributing federal funds, supporting decisions about government and community programs and services, playing a role in business decisions, and determining political representation. Your individual Census information is confidential and will only be used in producing statistics.
