Seneca Quarry workers were buried in the 19th and early 20th centuries. The family of John and Martha Clipper are the only graves with names lovingly etched on the markers. Learn some of the history of this hardworking family, whose descendants still live in the area. We will cross a plowed field that can be muddy, then follow a narrow wooded path with a small stream to hop over to reach the site. Please dress accordingly!

Various design stencils available, but feel free to bring your own on a piece of paper. Make sure the motif will fit on a can about the size of a Campbell’s soup can. An alternate tin punch craft will be available for somewhat younger children.
