Don’t Miss the Dollar Dip!
In celebration of Coney Days in Lonaconing, Dans Mountain State Park will be featuring a "Dollar Dip" at the pool July 3. $1 per person. Children 5 and under will get in free!
The Dans Mountain Pool is the area's only heated outdoor pool with a water slide. Normal operating hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Pool now open seven days a week!
Hours are dependent on weather and other factors, so visitors are encouraged to call ahead at 301-895-5453. The pool is also available by reservation for private parties.
New Germany staff also manages Big Run, Casselman River Bridge and Dans Mountain state parks.
