Maryland Natural Resources crews stocked over 40,000 trout this week all across the state.


Allegany County 

  • Evitts Creek: 1,350 golden and rainbow trout 
  • Evitts Creek Ponds: 750 golden and rainbow trout
  • Town Creek: 1,350 rainbow trout 

Baltimore County

  • Patapsco River (Daniels): 2,200 golden and rainbow trout 

Calvert County

  • Hutchins Pond: 450 golden and rainbow trout 

Carroll County 

  • Farm Museum Pond: 700 golden and rainbow trout
  • Morgan Run: 1,350 brown trout 
  • South Branch Patapsco River: 450 rainbow trout 
  • South Branch Patapsco River (River Road): 400 golden and rainbow trout 
  • Taneytown Pond: 450 golden and rainbow trout 

Cecil County

  • Howards Pond: 1,000 golden and rainbow trout 
  • Rising Sun Pond (Youth, Senior and Blind): 450 golden and rainbow trout 

Charles County

  • Myrtle Grove Pond: 850 golden and rainbow trout
