New FAMLI resources available
Dear Stakeholders,
We’re writing to share new resources to help you understand and get ready for Maryland’s Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) program. You can now:

Download a Sample QWHR template so you can update your systems and processes. Alternatively, you will have the option to manually enter the data once you are logged in.

Register as an employer with FAMLI, so you’re set up for next steps, including inviting team members to join your profile. While TPAs cannot register on behalf of clients, TPAs can register and send invitations to connect with registered clients.
You can also RSVP for our next regular “Introduction to FAMLI” webinar on Tuesday, July 21 from 9:30 – 11:00 am via Zoom. The material covered in this webinar will be similar to what was presented in previous sessions, including:
- What is Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI)?
- How will FAMLI work in Maryland?
- What can you do now to prepare?
- What do employers and Third-Party Agents need to know about registration?
If you have basic questions about FAMLI and have not previously attended one of our webinars, this session is for you!
