Dear FAMLI Stakeholders,
Thank you for engaging in our informal regulatory process as it unfolded over the last several months.
Many stakeholders submitted answers in response to the questions we posed in the Appeals Discussion Document. Attached is a draft outline of possible rules regarding appeals that reflects stakeholder feedback we received. We welcome additional comments, feedback and suggestions as we further refine the text. Written comments can be submitted via email to FAMLI.policy@maryland.gov by October 9. All written comments will become part of the public record. We look forward to hearing your input.
