Draft outline from FAMLI: Contributions

Dear FAMLI Stakeholders,

Thank you for engaging in our informal regulatory process thus far. 

Many stakeholders submitted answers in response to the questions we posed in the Contributions Discussion Document. Attached is a draft outline of possible rules regarding contributions that reflects stakeholder feedback we received. We welcome additional comments, feedback and suggestions as we further refine the text. Written comments can be submitted via email to FAMLI.policy@maryland.gov by August 17. All written comments will become part of the public record. We look forward to hearing your input. 

Please note that the invitation for the next public engagement session and Claims Discussion Document are scheduled to be sent on Monday. The presentation from this week's public engagement session on appeals is attached.
