While you can still visit our offices in person, you will need to schedule an appointment through our online scheduling system. Appointments are scheduled for 30-minute time slots and are available Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Once you check in with security, a representative from your board or commission will be notified and they will meet you in the lobby to escort you to the office. We recommend you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
If you will be driving to our offices for your appointment, there is available street and metered parking along Eutaw Street, Dolphin Street, and Madison Avenue. If you will be taking public transportation for your appointment, we are located one block from the MTA Metro SubwayLink stop at State Center and one block or less from stops for the MTA CityLink Yellow, CityLink Lime, 53, 54, 73, and 154 bus lines.

New Platform Provider for Maryland RAPID Program
Due to the acquisition of Business Watch International (BWI) by LeadsOnline, data management services for the Department of Maryland State Police’s Regional Automated Property Information Database (RAPID) program will now be hosted through LeadsOnline’s platform. During the transition period, licensees can expect that RAPID operations should continue in the same manner as they have and that all updates regarding the transition will be provided as they are arranged.
LeadsOnline is a nationwide provider of data, and technology tools used by law enforcement agencies, investigators and businesses, including pawn shops, second hand stores, scrap metal recyclers and online marketplaces. According to its website, the platform is intended to “help businesses in their reporting to law enforcement by making reporting easier and more efficient.” BWI has provided services for law enforcement for 25 years and its CEO Dion McArthur has said regarding the merger, “We are so proud of the work we have done and are enthusiastic about the opportunity to be a part of the LeadsOnline family.” LeadsOnline’s CEO Alex Finley has echoed this sentiment stating, “Dion and BWI have devoted decades to this work, and we’re thrilled about the opportunity [to] take it forward.”
The Department of Maryland State Police has been and continues to meet with LeadsOnline to ensure a successful transition to the new platform. If you have any questions, please contact your county RAPID administrator–contact information can be found on our website.
