Board of Revenue Estimates to Meet on Thursday Afternoon

The Board of Revenue Estimates (BRE) will hold an in-person meeting Thursday afternoon to vote on the revised general fund revenue estimates for fiscal years 2023 and 2024.
Projections for the current and following fiscal years will give budget writers and lawmakers an overview of the state's revenue picture and broader economic trends as work on the FY 2024 budget is underway.
Comptroller Franchot, Treasurer Davis and Secretary Brinkley will also share their perspectives on the revenue forecasts.
The meeting will also be live streamed on the Comptroller's YouTube channel.
