President Breaux will host Comptroller Peter Franchot, U.S. House Majority Whip James E. Clyburn, and State Delegate Darryl Barnes, chair of the Legislative Black Caucus of Maryland, at Bowie State University. The visit will feature a tour of the Student Center and the Entrepreneurship Living Learning Community complex, followed by a discussion with students about the critical role, contributions, and the future of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) in Maryland and the United States.
