County Offices Closed in Observance of Presidents Day

Westminster, MD, Monday, February 8, 2021 – Carroll County Government offices will be closed in observance of Presidents Day on Monday, February 15, 2021. Regular work hours will resume on Tuesday, February 16, 2021.

The Resource Recovery Park, Northern Landfill will be open Monday, February 15^th, with normal hours.
