County Fire Inspector Recognized

Westminster, Thursday, January 16, 2020- Today in open session, the Board of County Commissioners congratulated county inspector Joe Skinner on being named the Maryland Building Officials Association Inspector of the Year. Mr. Skinner is the county's first and only Fire Inspector and was recognized for his knowledge, professionalism, and positive attitude.
