Maryland PSC to Hold Second Public Hearing for Solar Project in Carroll County
(BALTIMORE, MD-August 8, 2019) – The Maryland Public Service Commission will hold a second public comment hearing on the application of Citizens UB Solar, LLC to build a solar generating facility in Carroll County, Maryland and the Town of Union Bridge. The hearing will be held on Monday, August 19, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. at the Union Bridge Fire Company, 8 W. Locust Street in Union Bridge. Members of the public who wish to comment on the proposal are welcome to attend the hearing before Chief Public Utility Law Judge Ryan C. McLean. The first public comment hearing in this case was held October 18, 2018.

The application is available for public inspection or copying at the Carroll County Development Review Office, 225 North Center Street in Westminster, and at the Town of Union Bridge, 104 West Locust Street in Union Bridge.
