Commissioner Frazier delivers the weekly Commissioner Address

Dennis Frazier is in his second term as County Commissioner. An educator for the Carroll County Public School System for 18 years, Mr. Frazier has taught physical education at Mount Airy Middle School and coached wrestling at Century High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from Towson University and a Master’s Degree from Western Maryland College. He has served as a member of the Westminster City Common Council since 2011. Mr. Frazier is a world champion wrestler. He and his wife, Debbie, have a daughter and a son and live in Westminster.
