County to Hold Solar Array Project Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony

WESTMINSTER, MD,Monday November 19, 2018 – The Carroll County Board of Commissioners (BOC) invite interested citizens to join them at a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony for the Carroll County Solar Array Project. The event is Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 1:00 PM at the Hoods Mill Solar Field, 7901 Kabik Court, Woodbine, MD.

The ribbon-cutting is the ceremonial beginning of operations for three county sites: Carroll Community College, Hampstead Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Hoods Mill Landfill. The brief ceremony will include comments from the BOC, county staff, business and community partners and the cutting of the ribbon.
