 New Hampstead/Manchester and Westminster
Transit Routes
Westminster, MD, Thursday, August 9, 2018 – A new Trailblazer transportation route for the
Hampstead/Manchester area and a new bi-directional route for Westminster will
be implemented on September 10, 2018. Updates to the other four routes are also included.
The new services add a
new central transit hub at the Business Employment Resource Center (BERC), new
Hampstead/Manchester TrailBlazer Route, new Westminster Bi-Directional Route
and new stops on the existing Eldersburg, Taneytown and South Carroll Routes. There
will be two weeks of free rides for Trailblazer starting September 10, 2018.
Look for informational sessions at the five Carroll County Senior and Community
Centers in the coming weeks.
A new phone number has been implemented at
410-386-5550. The current number is still active and will still work for the
foreseeable future.

The Westminster TrailBlazer (Purple) operates about every ninety minutes, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., and Saturday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. and serves many of the shopping locations in the Westminster area.
