County Government Email Change

Westminster, MD, Thursday, August 2, 2018 – Effective immediately, Carroll County Government departments, agencies and partnering agencies have changed their email domain name to @carrollcountymd.gov. All email will retain the same user name format, for example, jdoe@carrollcountymd.gov. Previous email addresses will continue to stay active as we make this transition. As of August 1st, all outgoing emails reflect the new email address.
