County Senior Centers and Carroll Transit System Closed

Westminster, Tuesday, March 20, 2018 – Due to inclement weather, all Carroll County Senior and Community Centers are closed Wednesday, March 21, 2018. All evening activities and outside user groups scheduled at the centers are also cancelled.

Carroll Transit System (CTS) will be also closed Wednesday, March 21, 2018 due to inclement weather.
