PUBLIC NOTICE

Carroll County Electrical Licensing Examination

Westminster, Thursday, March 30, 2017 — The  next  Carroll County  Electrical Licensing  Examination will  be given  on  Wednesday, April  26, 2017, at  9:00  A.M.   If you  wish  to register  for  this  test,  please  notify  the  office prior  to April  19, 2017.  A registration fee of $50.00, one or  more current letters  verifying at  least  seven  (7) years’ experience   under   a  Licensed  Master   General Electrician, and  a completed   form  is  required  to  register.

 The test is based on the 2014 NEC, Ohm's Law, Electrical theory   and   mathematics associated   with   the   electrical   trade.    Small   non- programmable calculators may be used during the test.  Please bring the 2014 National Electrical Code   book   for   testing.   NEC Handbook, other books,   notes and/or written materials and cell phones are not permitted in the testing area.   For  further information, call the  office  between  8:00  A.M. and  5:00  P.M. any  weekday  at (410)386-2116  or 1-888-302-8978 ext. #2116.
