Westminster, Thursday, January 19, 2017 - The Board of Carroll County Commissioners recognized John Geisler as the 2016 Maryland Building Officials Inspector of the Year. John was selected for his commitment to providing excellent service to his community. His dedication and willingness to embrace new ideas and projects has made him an extremely valuable asset to the citizens of Carroll County, MD.
