Thursday, January 12, 2017 - The Board of Carroll County Commissioners wishes to honor Michael Fowler, who has worked for the Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (BGE) for forty (40) years. Mr.
Fowler began his career at BGE as a laborer in a local power plant and in
2002 he assumed his role as External Affairs Manager where he managed 12
jurisdictions including Carroll, Howard, Montgomery and Prince George’s
Counties as well as municipalities within those jurisdictions.
As a true professional, Michael
integrated himself into local communities by volunteering his time and talents
and served on the board of the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce from
2008-2013 where he focused on legislative issues and economic
