You are invited to attend COMSTAT in the Community with Police Commissioner Batts and Major Richard Worley of the Northeastern District to watch how the Baltimore Police Department analyzes crime statistics to reduce crime in Northeast Baltimore. COMSTAT in the Community will be on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at 7:00PM at Morgan State University School of Engineering.
