Weekend Road Closures
Lombard Street Lane Closures
The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists that temporary lane closures will be implemented along a portion of Lombard Street this weekend for the painting of a pedestrian bridge. On Saturday, April 20 and Sunday, April 21, 2013 temporary lane closures will be implemented along Lombard Street just west of President Street from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day. One lane of through traffic will be closed at a time throughout the day.
Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
Baltimore Street Milling and Paving
This weekend, temporary lane closures will be implemented along a portion of Baltimore Street for milling and paving work. On Saturday, April 20 and Sunday, April 21, 2013 temporary lane closures will be implemented along Baltimore Street between Charles and Gay Streets from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
Charles Street Crane Lift
This Saturday, temporary lane closures will be implemented along a portion of Charles Street for a crane lift operation. On Saturday, April 20, 2013 a temporary lane closure will be implemented along Charles Street at the intersection of Preston Street from 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
Druid Park Lake Drive Ramp Closures
On Saturday, the access ramp from eastbound Druid Park Lake Drive to the northbound Jones Falls Expressway will be temporarily closed for roadway repair work. On Saturday, April 20, 2013 the ramp from eastbound Druid Park Drive to the northbound Jones Falls Expressway will be closed from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. with detours in effect. In addition, the westbound 29th Street ramp to the northbound Jones Falls Expressway will also be closed during this time.
