In addition to the Jones Falls Expressway, Cold Spring Lane and Tamarind Road will also be affected by the construction. Starting at 7:00 a.m. on Sunday, February 24, 2013 Cold Spring Lane will be closed to through traffic between Greenspring Avenue and Northern Parkway. The closure is expected to remain in effect until approximately 7:45 a.m. Additionally, Tamarind Road will also be closed at Yellowood Avenue during this time with no access to Cold Spring Lane.
