Executive Letter: Summertime in Baltimore City!
Dear Baltimore,
The summertime is here, and we are thrilled to partner with various agencies and organizations to host events exclusively for people experiencing homelessness in Baltimore City. In the month of May, we held our first-ever community resource fair during Artscape weekend, and now we are excited to announce a series of free clothing pop up shops designed to offer something for everyone who may be in need. More details on specific dates, times, and the location of these events will be shared on our website, social media pages, and in our newsletters so stay tuned for more information! In the meantime, remember we are still in Code Red Extreme Heat season, so be sure to find a cooling center near you, drink plenty of water, and wear loose clothing as the weather warms up!
In service, Ernestina Simmons, LCSW-C Executive Director
