INTRODUCING THE CATALYST BALTIMORE PROGRAM
The Catalyst Baltimore Program supports minority and women-owned businesses in Baltimore City and the Baltimore City market area in Maryland. This program provides technical assistance and/or coaching to increase expertise in areas such as: accounting, marketing, cash flow management, human resource management, technology development, R&D, and government procurement.
Successful applicants will be matched with a list of possible local resource providers (individuals as well of companies), based on business needs. Businesses will select who to work with from this list. One the match is made, the program will pay majority of the costs associated with there service. (at least 10% - 25% will be required from the applicant)
