The Baltimore City Rental Assistance Program, from the Mayor's Office Children and Family Success with the Community Action Partnership, will provide case management and past-due rental assistance for eligible Baltimore City residents facing eviction.
Please be aware that the Baltimore City Rental Assistance Program is now open for a limited time from Monday, October 21st, to November 19th, 2024. This program can provide up to 6 months of back rental assistance for applicants who meet all the following requirements:
- Baltimore City resident
- At or below 80% of the median income for the area (see household size chart below).

- Delinquent on rent or having trouble paying next month’s rent (or require a security deposit/letter of intent).
- Have not received ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act) Rental Assistance funding in the past.
There are 4 ways to access the program :
- Apply in person at a CAP Center
- Call 410-396-5555
- Complete an electronic application online at bmorechildren.com
- Limited English Proficient Families who qualify for the BNAAC program (See BNAAC website for requirements) and are interested in applying to Rental Assistance in addition to public benefits such as SNAP, WIC, Water for All; can reach out to BNAAC Providers for case management through the following form.
