Baltimore Police Announce Arrests in February Shooting & Robbery Cases
Baltimore, MD / March 1, 2012 – Today, Baltimore police detectives have charged 19 year-old Greg Manuel with 1st Degree Attempted Murder for a non-fatal shooting incident which occurred in the 1800 Blk of North Caroline Street on Feb 22, 2012.
Detectives also announced the arrests of 23 year-old Louis Windsor for an armed street robbery which occurred on Feb 2nd in the 2400 Blk of Washington Blvd and 24 year-old Kevin Fowlkes for the robbery of a co-worker which took place on February 24th in the 4100 Blk of W. Rogers Avenue.
