A Message from the Baltimore City Health Department regarding COVID-19 Vaccination Availability

Greetings Friend! 

We invite you to make an appointment to receive the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine through Baltimore City Health Department on April 6^th or April 9th. The location of the appointment is Baltimore City Community College Gym, 2901 Liberty Heights Ave, Baltimore, MD 21215.

Only individuals receiving this email directly are eligible to receive the vaccine.

Individuals not receiving this invitation directly will be turned away.  Vaccinations are by appointment only.  No walk-ups.
