New Area 16 Permits to be Issued for New Cars & New Residents

In an effort to alleviate the number of citations residents are receiving due to daily enforcement changes in Fells Point, the Parking Authority of Baltimore City will begin issuing NEW permits for Area 16 residents in TWO SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES ONLY.

If you are a current Area 16 resident who has a blue or yellow decal on your windshield, you do not need to do anything at this time. Your decal will be honored by Parking Enforcement until further notice.  

You may apply for a permit if:

1. You moved to Fells Point (Area 16) after March 20, 2020.  If this is the case, you can sign up online to purchase a permit for your vehicle. Go to https://pabc.thepermitstore.com/purchase.php to register and submit all documents online. Once you submit, your documentation will be checked by an RPP team member and you will be contacted by email.

1. You are a current resident of Fells Point (Area 16) who has a new vehicle that has never had a permit. If this is the case,  sign in to your account at https://pabc.thepermitstore.com/purchase.php and purchase a permit for the new vehicle only. Once you submit your documentation, it will be checked by a RPP team member and you will be contacted by email.

Parking Authority Remains Closed

Permits are required to park on Area 16 posted blocks during the weekend road closures and parking restrictions.
