New Area 16 Permits to be Issued for New Cars & New Residents

Due to weekend road closures and parking restrictions in Fells Point, the Parking Authority of Baltimore City will be issuing new Area 16 permits beginning July 21, 2020, for residents of Fells Point who have new vehicle information such as a new vehicle registration or license plate, and for residents who have recently moved to Area 16.

Parking Authority Remains Closed

While the Parking Authority office is still closed to the public, we are available to contact via phone or email. Please call 443-573-2800 or email RPP@bcparking.com. Announcements regarding reopening can be found on our website at parking.baltimorecity.gov.

Permits are required to park on Area 16 posted blocks during the weekend road closures and parking restrictions.
